Withdrawal period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must:

Be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
Be returned complete (accessories, instructions, etc.)
Be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request
